I would like to get in touch with all CRASH writers in order to seek their permission to reproduce their writing here. The legal copyright situtation is slightly unclear: some authors retain copyright in their articles, having granted CRASH rights only for first-time publication; in other cases, it is presumed that Newsfield held the copyright, but the legal position following Newsfield’s collapse is not known. In such cases I suggest that the author(s) should be considered the copyright holder(s) until further information is available.
